Seems like forever since I have provided any Oroville real estate market updates to all of you via my blog posts. Unfortunately, the websites provided by our franchise corporate headquarters were, to put it mildly, less than adequate for the purposes of keeping a quality blog going. But now we have new blog sites and, after a nearly 3 year hiatus, I am once again excited and motivated to provide you with updates on Oroville real estate market conditions. And just in the nick of time as this market has changed, and will continue to do so in a very rapid manner over the next year OR TWO!!
As in the past I will provide periodic market reports for the Oroville real estate market in order to keep you apprised of current market conditions. These reports will be facts based on actual numbers, not a guess or “feels like” emotional responds you can easily get from others in this industry.
To get us started I am including three graphs to this post that gives a little history of the Oroville area real estate market as well as recent data that illustrates its current condition. Each of the charts has a link attached to it so you can access a larger view. Not going to do a big analysis on these charts but I do have a couple of interesting tidbits of information which is concerning: The number of homes sold in October 2022 was at the lowest level for any October since 2013, and the Oroville market is on pace for the lowest total of total homes sold since 2017. We’ll talk more real soon.
